10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in McHenry County, Illinois (or appropriate jurisdiction), and you hereby consent to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any provision shall be valid unless in writing and signed by us.
